Providing for and maintaining a living environment that is conducive to having an incontinent pet can be difficult at first. There are pet and odor stains that come with the transition into the incontinence issue. Many families go through several different options to deal with these two problems. In dealing with the transition myself I know I went through several options before I found a pattern that worked, kept the house clean, and killed any possible odor that the pets may have left behind. The Advantages of Kids N Pets
Kids N Pets can be purchased from most any store including online at Amazon. The solution is clear which was a huge issue for me. I did not want the solution to dye or stain the carpet further than the pet had already done. It comes in a spray, squirt bottle, and gallon carton forms. This was a real advantage to the product. We could have the large container of refills, squirt bottle for smaller stains and stains that required more liquid, and the spray for quick touch ups.
Another advantage to using the Kids N Pets brand was that it could be used in the steam cleaner. It didn’t seem to matter if it was a quick clean up or if the solution needed to soak in for several minutes. Either way it worked well when combined with the steam cleaner. Ideally the solution is supposed to soak in overnight and dry naturally. This is not something that is practical for many pet owners so knowing that it could be used and cleaned up within an hour and still work effectively was a huge plus in using the product. The cost for the product was well worth it and fell between the higher end product prices and lower end product prices without sacrificing quality.
The Disadvantages of Kids N Pets
The only problem that I really ran into was finding it locally. It is not a brand that seems to be carried at Petsmart, which is our local store. I have been able to find it at Walmart and Target on occasion but it is hit or miss. I have found that the best way to stay stocked up on Kids N Pets is to order it online and have it delivered. I did have to pay a shipping and handling fee but always ordered in bulk so even that cost did not really sway my choice to use the product or not.

Overall the Kids N Pets brand is one that can be trusted to get the job done. That in and of itself is a quality that really makes the difference. If the product works and works well many people, including myself, are willing to pay a bit more. It does not pose the same issues as many other cleaning products on the market, leaves a fresh scent behind, and does not leave a film or cause issues with the carpet.
